Really Strange Problem

I have a task which basically logs into a website, downloads a file, it then runs a VB script within an excel file that manipulates the downloaded file. Once this data manipulation has finished I want to upload the file back into the website.

The problem I am having is that it gets to a certain point with in the task and just stops. The strange thing is is that if I Run From This Point from within the task it runs through fine but if it is part of the main task it stops at the point where it logs back into the website.

The other problem I have that all of the Spreadsheets and stuff exceed the .zip file limit. If someone could give me an email address where I can email this too for someone to have a look I would very much appreciate it.
