Default Automation anywhere 6.0 crashes on startup

I've just re-installed Automation anywhere 6.0 after getting crashes last time. It's still crashing on startup, and I was wondering if anyone could help.

I've turned off UAC and DEP already.

This is the crash log that microsoft produce.

In the debugger I get this error message
Quote:
Unhandled exception at 0x062d7dc7 in Automation Anywhere.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x06b402a0.
And if it helps the disassembly for that location in the code

Hello,

May we please know OS of your machine?

This may occur when the Windows Script Host and/or the Visual Basic run time system files on your machines have been corrupted.

Please find below the links to install them

1. Visual Basic Run-time
Download details: Service Pack 6 for Visual Basic 6.0: Run-Time Redistribution Pack (vbrun60sp6.exe)

2. Windows Script Host for XP and Windows 2000
Download details: Windows Script 5.6 for Windows XP and Windows 2000
Or
Windows Script Host for Windows 2003
Download details: Windows Script 5.6 for Windows Server 2003

You might be required to reboot your machine after you install the above mentioned files. As you finish doing this, try to reinstall the application Automation Anywhere and see if you can use it without any problem or not.

Installing the VB runtime hasn't helped, and the windows script host isn't currently available for download

Any further ideas as to what could be causing the crashes?

I've now managed to try installing the scripting host, and that didn't help either.
