Default Help with FTP task

Hello,

I am new to automation anywhere and wanted to do a simple task to start. I am trying to backup a website from hosted unix server. I started with the ftp task and setup the connection and tested the connection and it was able to connect successfully. I added an ftp task to get folder and specified the folder location relative to the ftp users starting directory. When I ran the task it stays at 67% and on line 2 (downloading the folder) and after a period of time errors and says to check permissions to the folder. I have tested the access of the ftp account using filezilla and was able to copy the files to the location I specified in the task. Is there something I have overlooked that could be causing an issue?
