Automation Anywhere Does Not Run - Windows Scheduler Shows it Did

Sometimes the AA task does not run; yet Windows Scheduler shows it has.
The status bar does not show and from other logs, I can see the job never executed.

I have to restart the AA services and then it runs correctly.

Do you know why this sporadically happens? Has this been addressed in a dot release or V6?

Hello,

Windows scheduler logs the status as soon as the task starts launching. AA Services is needed for Auto-Login feature. It seems this service is corrupted on your machine hence you need to restart it manually. Please uninstall and install the software again to restore this service. To see the task status, click on 'View log’ button under Properties window of that task. It shows last run time with comment at the end.
