Calling AA executables from web page (ASP.Net / VB.Net)

Hello!
Ok I am trying to call executables on the production server (the AA main app is not installed) created from AA 6.0 from an ASP.Net (vb.net) web page. The call is one line of code:

System.Diagnostics.Process.Start("[path to the .exe]")

The call in the code runs successfully, but the executable does not run. I looked in Task Manager and the process gets created there , but it sits at CPU usage of 00, and the GUI never appears.

I searched this issue and if I am understanding the issue correctly, it appears that I need to somehow give desktop access to the Network User windows account so that the GUI portion of the task appears and then runs correctly.

A few notes:
1) this is windows 2003 server
2) we are running the trial version
3) the trigger type is folder and action is when any file is created
4) I am uploading the task below
