Default Drop Down Menus on Websites

Hi
Can someone answer a question for me please. Using Web Recorder how is it possible to click a link that is within a drop down menu on a website. I have recorded a task but it stops at the point where the task has to select a link that is within a drop down menu.

Any advise greatly appreciated.

Wayne

Hello,

Is it possible for you to provide the URL of webpage so we can create specific sample as per the requirement?

Thats great, thanks for this. Could you tell me though how this works as I need to replicate it on other sites. I can see there are basically 3 clicks but could you detail what each click is doing please.

Thanks

Wayne

Hello Wayne,

Sure. What we need to do is, click on each link that takes you to the destination page. For e.g. in this case, first click on 'Fix' tab then click on 'Cooling & Air Treatment' menu link and finally click on 'Mobile Air Conditioners' sub-menu link.
