task stalls - simple open browser

I have a task that has been problematic.

Today I simplified it down to a single one line open browser.

the task just "stalls" when I try to run it.
Help?

Hello Phil,

Is it an internal website? We ran the task it says, page cannot be displayed.

Try this,

. Manually load the webpage you want to open.
. After the page is loaded, copy the URL and use it with 'Open Browser' command.
