How to select specific query

i'm using Microsoft Access 2003 and my goal is to fill out multiple candidate applications. so let's say i have to enter 10 new candidates. i have one sheet with general information for each candidate listed 1 - 10 such as:

First Name, Last Name, Email, Street Address, Password, City, State/Province, etc.

and a sheet with a list of job experiences:

Company, Job Title, Responsibilites, Industry, Start/End Date


each job experience is identified by a # in column 1. for instance, if i was going through candidate 1, please fill in job experiences in column 1 that = 1. once it hits 2, stop loop.

Using combination of Database and Excel commands, it is certainly possible to automate the mentioned task. May we please know if you need to fill out such form in MS Access or you need to import the data into Access from Excel sheet?

Can you send sample excel sheet and the form so we can create sample as per the requirement?
