Couldn't open all INTERNET

AA couldn't open all internet site in other pc including google,yahoo,,,.
And not work launch website too.
Please let me know what can I do.

Hello,

We using IE 7.
And attached error message at one pc only(win2000 server, Office 2003).
The error message means.
"53 runtime error"
"Couldn't find file"

I tried to open the site specified (http://www.kipo.go.kr/web_pb/jsp/inq_pub_sub.jsp) through Launch Website command. I can launch the website but as the window title is in different language and my machine language is English, Automation Anywhere is not recognizing the window title.
According to me the non-english characters are causing the problem. The File required by the program to run not found because its not been recognized due to non-english characters.

My issue is good working usually.
But the problem is happend sometimes.
