Combo box field

Hello,

I'm trying to do a task where I have a sheet in Excel with several information. I take each information (each cell) with command "crtl+c" and put it other system remote. In this system I have a combo box field as "Debit" and "Credit" and sometimes my entry is debit, sometimes is credit. I tried to use condition "if" with a variable, but the same is not working.

My problem is just with combo box field.

Could you advise how to solve this issue, please?


PS: My AA is premier.

May we please know if the combo box control is not being recognized or Automation Anywhere is not inserting the correct 'Debit/Credit' value? Can you please share more information on same?

In addition, can you send screenshot of application window where this combo box is located? Also, please upload the task you have created so far so we can have a look and suggest viable solution.

It would help us investigate further.

Find enclosed the files as requested. The screen shot show you the field which I'm facing problem. I've created a condition but I didn't obtain success.
