Hello Ryan,

A technical support person tried to contact with no luck. Can you please provide convenient time to reach you so he can get in touch?

Can you have a technical person contact me?

I have multiple screens and have had multiple issues with screen repositioning and relative window coordinates not mapping correctly both in 5.5.2 and 6.0.

Any news on these issues?

Is there any hope of resolution in 6.0?

Hello,

Automation Anywhere 6.0 is released. However, this issue is not fixed yet as our development team is still working on it.

Default Further updates to multimonitor problem

6 months down the track from where I started and I have to say Automation Anywhere is not performing any of its intended functions. I've had to build my own set of automation functions in VB so that I can reliably use controls in multiple programs across 5 desktop screens. The Automation Anywhere OCR was a total waste and I've spent 4 months building my own OCR that works hand in hand with the other automation functions I've developed. Even using the exe files, while I might call them they wouldn't always run.

I acknowledge that the program is very clever in what it can do but it just isn't solid enough for my purposes. It's a shame it has taken 6 months to work that out and not 30 days.
