Based on my experiences yesterday with NEGATIVE coordinates, I Upgraded to 5.5.2. I reduced the complexity of my machine by reducing to only one monitor set at LANDSCAPE 1024x768. But, Weird coordinates continue when capturing mouse clicks. In the attached ATMN, there are 3 lines: 1 Mouse Click: Left Button (973,199) in "CLEAR - *" 2 Mouse Click: Left Button (103,173) in "CLEAR - *" 3 Delay: (50 ms) The mouse clicks are BOTH **supposed** to be relative to the WINDOW not the SCREEN. The mouse clicks are clicking the same control. The "CLEAR -*" window was the EXACT SAME SIZE during BOTH captures. All I did was move the "CLEAR -*" window from one side of the screen to the other. WHY would the coordinates (which are relative to WINDOW) change??? |

My understanding was that the window would not be re-positioned with a wildcard window like "CLEAR -*" So does your answer mean that as long as "RELATIVE TO WINDOW" is clicked, the coordinates that we see in the text and in the ATMN are "meaningless?" |
