Default web recorder

I'm using 5.5.2 Enterprise

I just tried to use the WEB RECORDER.

But,
there is no
STOP RECORDING
window

why is that?
How do I stop recording and SAVE the recording?

Phil

I think I found out what happened here.

In a previous iteration of running AA web recorder,
I had the screen resolution set at 1280 x 1024.

I changed to 1024x768.

It appears that AA stored the screen location of the "stop recording" window
at a point that was OFF of the screen
when using 1024x768

please pass along to development that it would be better and safer to have the "stop recording window" be at the same location that AA was before it "disappears" during recording.

That way you will know it is visible.

Thanks
Phil

Hello,

The expected behaviour is, the position where the small 'Web Recorder' window was closed last time, it opens again at same location.

We have forwarded your requirement to the product development team for the future version of product.

thanks!

That would be a big help for those of us with change screen resolutions.

Opening it where the AA window had been should always be "safe."
