?? does check for updates work??

Yesterday,
I had some issues with AA,

so,
I ran HELP - check for updates - check now
And it said I was current at
5.5.1

Reading another post,
I learned today that there is a
5.5.2 which is current.

So,
I downloaded and installed
5.5.2
and entered my product keys.

But,
now,
when I do "check for updates"
I don't get any message - it just runs and closes...

What's up with that?

'Check for Updates' is under construction so kindly uninstall the current version installed on your machine, restart your machine and install the latest version from our website, Automation Anywhere - The Automation Software. Automate & Schedule IT & Business processes easily.

Download and save the ayir.exe in the Automation Anywhere installation folder. Default location C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere 5.5"

Is there any easy way to find out what the CURRENT release is?

Do you post the release number somewhere on this site?

I like to be sure I am current before reporting anomalies.
