Default AA closed when I

Hello,

When I plan a task under a user account (account roaming) on a computer, automation anywhere closes with a Windows error message. Whenever I want to save my settings
But when I planned on the same computer with the administrator account, it is programmed correctly.

Configuration:
Client (which was installed AA): Windows XP

Could someone help me.

It could be a number of things.

Perhaps your AA Task files are stored in the admins user files which the user does not have permissions to access.

In Admin mode, go to Tools > Options > Advanced Settings and see where your task files are saved. You may need to either give the user permissions or change the path where tasks are saved to another location which the user has permissions to access.

Hello,

Can you send us screenshot of error that you receive so that we can actually see and help you resolve it?

Also, check the default location of tasks as suggested by Trentonponder.
