Default OCR Issues in MS office 2007

Hi ,

We are using Enterprise edition of Automation Anywhere 5.5 with Integration pack. We have upgraded our MS office from 2003 to 2007. Now the OCR command in AA is not working. Whenever we click the OCR Command it gives a prompt "Msoffice 2003 or higher version must be installed on the machine for the OCR command to work properly". We have office 2007 installed in the system but still it shows the error.

Kindly let me know whether we need to upgrade any files for OCR to work properly.

Thanks
Syed

You need to install Microsoft Scanning and imaging. You can do this through Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Office 2007 > Modify.
