Default Webscraping unstructured, untabulated data from link

I am new to AA-premier and even if this sounds too simple to you, I would still appreciate guidance on how to accomplish this kind of a task.
Step 1: Navigate to a URL: Business Columns : YumaSun.
Step 2: Locate a link captioned "Business Listings nn-nn-nn" where nn's are numbers, typically specifying a date. Click on the link to be taken to the listing. (The date changes daily; the link doesnt have a stable index; the only stable identifier of the desired link is that it begins with 'Business Listings ').
Step 3: Copy the bullet list of businesses on this page; ignore all other content on the page (ads, comments, messages etc).
Step 4: Paste listing into Notepad and remove all nonrequired text (like the bullets), reducing the listing to a comma-seperated-listing, and save the remainder in a .csv file.
Any hints on how to accomplish this would be appreciated.
Thanks, Art.
