Hi, we have been noticing that the AA Server, which is installed on a Windows 2008 Small Business Server, does not start as a server and is not operational after a restart until the Administrator log's onto the server. Would it not be possible to have the software install it's self as a Service and automatically start with all the other Windows Services?

Hello Frank, What you can do is, . Open the installation folder of Automation Anywhere Server. The default location is, C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere Server 6.0\Server . Right click on Automation Anywhere Server.exe and select Properties option. . Select Security tab and give full control rights to standard user and save. You can place this Automation Anywhere Server.exe in start-up to start the service automatically. Hope that helps. |

The dbsrvr.ini configuration file specifies the Server's setup and configuration parameters. It's a regular Windows INI file, and as such can be edited in Notepad or any other plain-text editor.
