Edit TASK Ability Lost in Server Client 6.02

Has anybody encountered the issue of losing the ability to Edit Tasks?

We are using the latest 6.02 client and today the ability to modify tasks is no longer available to us!!

This is strange as we tried to reproduce the scecnario at our end but it did not reproduce.

May we please know, are you getting an error while editing? If yes, can you please send us screenshot of it so that we can actually see?

Can you please tell us more about problem you are facing and we can help you resolve that?

Hi,

it would appear that the issue with the inability to edit a task was caused by the 6.02 release not being able to communicate with the server after a 24 hour period from installation.

We figured this out as we reverted back to a 6.01 release and it also did not provide the edit function but once we connected to the server the client then provided the ability to edit.

So because of the timeline on this project that the software was purchased for we will not be playing with the operational versions so we plan to stick with the 6.01 as all the features, but create exe, operate as expected.
