Extracting first Paragraph from a Webpage

Hello,

what i am trying to accomplish is to extract data from the first paragraph in a webpage.The keyword feature is not of use in this case because the paragraph are not based on any sort of pattern.

Is there any other way that i can tell the software only to extract data from the first paragraph like sort of recognizing line breaks or anything else ?
