How can I process the client access request?

Hello,

In Server Management console, click on ‘View All’ button located on bottom right corner of the console. Access Request Log will come up. You need to select the request and click on ‘Grant’ button. At the bottom of this screen, you will see the ‘Requested Permissions’, enable the request you want to and click on ‘ok’ button.
