Hello,

If you are using the trial version of Workspace Macro Pro, then in that case, when the scheduled macro runs, the ‘Trial version pop-up window’ might be blocking the macro from running. Once you click ‘Try It’, the macro should run. If you want, we can provide you with an extension key, which will not bring up the pop-up during the evaluation period i.e. 7 days.

You can also troubleshoot why scheduled macros doesn’t run from the help file under Help->Workspace Macro Pro help->Scheduling Macro->Scheduled Macro doesn’t run.

Note: While scheduling a macro you have to provide the same username and password with which you have logged in.

Moreover, could you please tell us, are you trying to run the macro when the computer is locked? If yes, unfortunately, Workspace Macro Pro doesn’t support ‘Auto-Login’ feature. However, our advanced automation software, Automation Anywhere 4.0 that provides an 'Auto-Login' feature which allows you to unlock your computer when the task runs. Once the task completes successfully, it will lock the computer again.

Once you set the Auto Login option, it applies to all your tasks. If you want to reset Auto Login, please go to Tools--Options--Auto Login Settings and uncheck the box.

You can download Free Trial version of Automation Anywhere 4.0 from:

Following demo link to understand how to use the software:

Hope that helps.
