Default Workspace Pro 6.5 does not start

Hello All,

Appromimately 2 weeks ago, WS Pro 6.5 suddenly stopped loading and functioning. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software from the web site several times, still non operational. Task manager knows of the task but the GUI never appears and WS Pro does NOT appear as a running application in the Applications window of Task Manager but DOES appear in the Processes window. Secondly CPU usage goes from 4-5% prior to starting the application to over 50% to as high as 70%. I have tried installing the 6.0 with the same result. My system information is below running Window XP SP2. Prior to me shutting down all of my other software applications I am hoping to determine if there are any known conflicts and/or resolutions. Technical Support has indicated they have not seen this problem before and advised me to join the forum, so here I am. I have attached PrtScr's of the Processes and Performance screens of Task Manager to show Any and all help welcome.
