Workspace Macro Ver: 4.6.1

I want to remove a password from a macro but get the following error messages:

Select: Edit Pasword Protection
Enter: Old Password
Leave: Password and Confirm Password "Blank"
Select: Save
Confirm: not to password protect the macro
Error Message: Run-time error '70' Permission denied.
Select: OK
Workspace macro closes
Error Message: Run-time error '429' ActiveX component can't create object.
