 No expect Running time

Suppose next status.
1. One job which is display window and title name is "PDFPRO" during the job is running and finished.
2. This job should click "close" on window when the job running is finished.
3. Above job running time is 5minutes ~ 3 Hours.
4. Made by Task with AA.
5. How can configure with click "close" automatically in Task regardless running time?
B.
Is it possible to run multiple Tasks in same time(is there no problem in AA internally)?
