Hello,
You need to schedule your task as mentioned below.
1) Select the task you want to schedule from the list of tasks.
2) Click on 'Schedule' tab. You can find it under Properties window at the bottom of main screen.
3) Set scheduling options as per your requirement for e.g. Daily and click Save.
4) Provide your Windows account username and password with which you have logged in.
5) You can define multiple schedules for single task. To add another schedule time, simply click Add button.
6) To unlock the computer when the scheduled task runs, please specify Auto Login Settings under Tools->Options.
After this, set task to repeat using Repeat property. Once the task is started running unattended at predefined time (using schedule) it would repeat as specified in Repeat property.
For domain controlled computer Username, which you specify in Tools --> Options --> Auto Login Settings, should be Domain name\Username. Similarly, while creating schedule also Username should be Domain name\Username. For e.g. if Domain name is 'Tethys' and Username is 'Administrator' then you should specify Username like this 'Tethys\Administrator'.
In addition, Automation Anywhere provides you with 'Unlock Keystrokes' feature with Auto login, in which you can simulate the actions to unlock the machine.
When any task runs, Automation Anywhere will check if the computer is locked or not. If it is then it will unlock the computer using the username and password you have provided and start executing your task. Once the task completes successfully, it will lock the computer again.
Hope that helps.
