Default Auto-login problem

Hello,

Just installed Automation Anywhere Standard 5.0. I have a task created that is set to Repeat every 5 minutes. It runs perfect when I am logged on.

When I "lock" system, the I watch the screen to see what happens. The system stays locked, but I see the mouse move around for a few seconds then stops. I've done this repeatedly and what I have discovered is the task starts running and opens my Crystal Reports application, but then errors out when a window that should normally appear as a result of an action doesn't.

I've viewed the log and this is what I get:

Task Name : H:\\Automation Anywhere\Automation Anywhere\My Tasks\P2CDispatchReport.atmn
Last Run Time : 12/3/2008 4:18:12 PM
Status : 1 Complete; 1 Failed
Repeat : Repeat Until I Stop
Result : An error occured at line number 12. Please open the task in the Task Editor to view the action at line number 12
Error Message : Cannot find window or application titled 'Refresh Report Data' that was open during recording.

- If the window title changes every time you run the task, in the Properties->General, check the option
'Enable this task to run with other similar files or window titles'.

- Or if you are seeing this error because your desktop icons or quick launch icons or start menu items
have moved, then try Tools->Options->Moved Menu/Icons feature.

I have applied the two recommendations stated above.

I have even changed the username to include the domain name as follows: domainname\username.

1) The window that never appears is as listed above "Refresh Report Data"

2) When Auto-login is activated, should I see the system actually logged on, or should I see the mouse move around but still have the Ctrl-Alt-Del window on the screen?

3) Do you need to have the task Scheduled in order for Auto-Login to work, or can you just have the task set to Repeat? I have tried both ways and still neither worked.

Thank you for your help.
