Thanks for the help. I copied the revised file to my work station ... where I initially have the demo version working.
Your suggestions work great no problems but on the workstation that I need to install this on, it does not work properly. The "jobno" variable does not work. It just prints the "jobno" label where it was supposed to pick up other characters. It also does not create a folder to the "S/" drive mapping. It's weird because it works perfectly on my workstation. Do you think this is a security issue?

All I did was copy your version back to the correct directory path of the user. I also copied the same file to my
workstation and it works fine. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
