Hello Matt

If you send the mail through outlook program, then the date & time are correct. This means that system’s date & time settings are correct. Now what you can do is you can check date & time settings of Thunderbird program.

What you can do is you can import settings from outlook. For this you can click tools->import->settings in the main window of thunderbird mail program. And you can import settings. This problem may also appear if ‘config’ file of the program is corrupted. To correct this, you can reinstall program.

What happens when you send an email form outlook to your thunderbird program? Does it show the date correctly for that email?
