Where does the "If Application Running" statement look?
* Task Manager?
* Windows Titles?
If Task Manager:
- Does the program name need .exe?
- Is the program name case sensitive, i.e. could F3BKDSNP.exe and f3bkdsnp.EXE both be found on the same IF statement
