Hello Phil,
AA tries to move the word window because when you created the task and captured the word window, it remembered its location. To ensure it plays back all actions correctly in the window, it moves it to the recorded location.
However, what you can do is, change the title of the window to have a wild card in the word window and that way, it becomes a new window and when it finds the match during the playback, it will simply activate it and not move it.
