For PMW what you can do is, open the PMW file using 'Open Program/File' command and run the macro using hotkey. You can assign hotkey to excel macro from Tools->Macro->Macros, select your macro and click on 'Options' button to assign a hotkey. You can use Insert Keystrokes command to run this hotkey.

You're suggesting to open both the PMW and the Excel File which I'm using for the task?
