Template |
Click Tools->Templates and select File and Disk Management
category. From the File and Disk Management category, select "Automate File
Operations" template and follow the wizard. Screenshot 1
As per Screenshot 2 select "Print Files" option in Automate
File Operations and follow the step by step wizard. |

Create new task. |
Click Tools -> Task Editor. |
| 2. | Print all Word
Documents |
Select Programs/Files/Windows category
Double-click on Files/Folders command
Select the option 'Print File(s) in a folder
Specify the folder name from where you want to print all
the Word Documents.
Specify the filter as (*.doc)

| When you run the task, it will
print all the Word Documents from the folder specified using the default
printer. Similarly you can specify multiple filters to select the
different
type of the files you want to print. If you want to print all the files then
you can leave the filters box empty |
