On Windows NT 4.x operating system VB6 runtime is required. Many software programs install VB6 runtime automatically so it is likely that NT 4.x machine already has VB6 runtime. However if you encounter an error saying DLL file not found,  you can download VB6 runtime free from http://www.softwarepatch.com/windows/vbrun6.html

Tethys Macro SDK depends on scrrun.dll for operations related to files and folders. The scrrun.dll comes as part of Windows Script Host which is part of windows installation.
