Type <prefix><insert text keyword> directly in the window in which you want to insert the text. This will insert the text associated with the keyword in the active window. To configure prefix keys run Launch-n-Go & click Tools > Options...

The prefix keys are to be added to the front end of every insert text keyword. Default prefix key is #.

Each insert text keyword to start with a prefix e.g. #. It would then be very unlikely that you would have a insert text occur when you did not desire one, since you would not normally be typing # in front of your text.

For example, if prefix keys are # and insert text keyword is set to 'email', then you would have to type in #email to insert the text associated with 'email' keyword.
