You can run any shortcut or command by double clicking it in Launch-n-Go. You may do that to test your command, however using Keywords or hotkey is a much productive way to run your shortcuts or commands.

Note: For Insert commands, double click in Launch-n-Go doesn't run the command because Insert command inserts text into active window and if you double click it in Launch-n-Go, Launch-n-Go is the active window.
