Launch-n-Go makes it very easy for you to open your most commonly used folders like 'My Documents', 'Control Panel' etc. and also to perform common Windows tasks like shutting down the computer or restarting the computer or opening the 'Volume Control'. Simply assign a hotkey to these commands that Launch-n-Go provides and you are just one click away from doing the job that took your several mouse clicks.
You can also type in other frequently used commands here and assign them a hotkey. For e.g. if you open the registry quite frequently then instead of going to the 'Run' box and typing in 'regedit' you can simple create a command of this type and in the Command box type regedit. Assign it a hotkey of say 'Ctrl + R'. Every time you want to open the registry you can just type 'Ctrl + R'.
To Add a ‘New Keyword or Hotkey’ for Other Commands click on the File-> Add New ->Commands' button.
Select Other from the Command Type dropdown.
Enter Keyword or Hotkey for example ‘shutdown’ or 'Ctrl + Alt + S'
Select from the list of commands by clicking on the "..." button or type your custom command in the command text box For example 'regedit '.
Enter an optional description. For example ‘Edit Registry’.
Select a Category.
Click on Save.
