Capture images while recording tasks
Automation Anywhere offers a state of the art technology to capture and display images as you record your tasks. To enable capturing screenshots, enable Tools->Options->Advanced Settings->Capture Screenshots While recording.
You can resize and move the images within the Task Editor to place it at your desired location. The image captured will that of the active window while recording and it will also tell you where exactly your mouse cursor was. For e.g. in the following screenshot as you can see the line number 16 in the task says, Left Button click on number 9 in Calculator and the corresponding image shows the visual image of the same.

Using the Visualize TAB in the Task Editor, you can see the complete graphical view of the task. Following is the screenshot of task when you click on Visualize TAB. It tells you that first you clicked on Start button then the run menu, then you clicked on OK in run window and then clicked on number 9 in the calculator.

Set SnapPoints to refresh the images
If you create your task from editor and insert new commands or if you modify your recorded actions then the images that were captured during recording may not reflect the exact same image. Automation Anywhere provides a very convenient way to refresh the images called 'SnapPoints'.
To set the SnapPoints, click on Set SnapPoints button.
Now, you can set the SnapPoints in the column that is left of the line numbers as shown below.
Now, when you run the task again after setting the SnapPoints, the images are captured again for all the commands where you have set the SnapPoints.
Images are captured after the command is executed.
