Add Schedule
Automation Anywhere allows you to schedule your task
so that it can run un-attended at a pre-defined time. You can
also schedule your workflows to run at a pre-defined time.
Scheduling a task is very easy. Just follow the steps below.
- Select the task you want to schedule from the list of tasks.
- Click on 'Schedule' tab.
- Set scheduling options as per your requirement and click Save.
- Provide your Windows account username and password.
Why do I need to provide Windows username/password?
- You can define multiple schedules for single task. To
add another schedule time, simply click Add button.
- To unlock the computer when the
scheduled task runs, please click on Auto Login
Settings

Automation Anywhere offers many scheduling options. You can schedule
- Daily (every day or only weekdays or every 2 days for example)
- Weekly (certain days of the week, for example every Monday)
- Monthly (certain day of month, for example 1st January & 5th& October)
- One time only
- When computer starts
- When you logon
- When computer is idle
Note:
Scheduling functionality is not available on Windows NT 4.x.
