Prompt For File/Folder- How to use            Examples

You can use this command to do any of the following as part of the task

1. Prompt for value:  You can use this command for tasks where the values change frequently for e.g. while filling out online forms. The value that you enter during the playback of the task can also be assigned to a variable. So you can use that variable at other places in the task instead of prompting several times.
2. Prompt for file : You can use this command to prompt for a single or multiple files from a single folder as a part of the task. The value of the files selected can be assigned to a list variable. You can also assign your desired caption for the prompt window.
3. Prompt for folder: Using this command, you can prompt for single folder only as a part of the task. The value of the files selected can be assigned to a value variable. You can also assign your desired caption for the prompt window.
