In the PURCHASED version you can also lock your task file with a password. You use the ‘RUN’ button subsequently to run this task.

Escape Key: While Automation Anywhere is running your task if you wish to abort it i.e. stop running your task, then keep the Escape key pressed for 2-3 seconds. Next time you run the task, Automation Anywhere runs the task from the start.

Use the PAUSE Key to pause the execution of the task. To continue, click on the 'Resume' button found at bottom right corner of your screen.

Note: This feature is handy for long running tasks, when for some reason you need control of the computer back temporarily.

Select a task, right click and choose ‘Send To->Desktop (Create Shortcut)’. You can now instantly run this task using the icon on the desktop.
